Quality of paper and Support

I have ordered a 3-page critical essay. I expected to get a high quality paper, as one of the online customer support representatives promised me. By the way, Online Support is available via chat and by phone.
I was excited to get my first draft, because American-Writers.org offers a draft service, which is absolutely free and before you pay for the full paper. The draft was perfectly made, but it was very short (only 56 words). Thus, I decided to proceed with payment for the whole paper. Finally, when I got my paper, it seemed that it was not completed. The paper lacked almost one page, the sentences were incomplete and short! The quality of the paper was lower than I have ordered. I have paid a lot of money for that First Class Standard quality and got nothing! After 5 revisions the paper was still not perfect. The Administrator of the website contacted me and told me that the number of free revisions is limited and I have to place a new order if I want more amendments.

Conclusion

I was very disappointed with the content of the paper, as it didn’t correspond to the chosen quality. I can’t advice you this website, because I am afraid you will have a lot of difficulties with these guys.
