Usability
What I liked about this service is that they have really simple order form – just the main points, not many additional options… so it’s easy to place an order, and it does not take more than a couple of minutes.
What I didn’t like is that they did not fill in FAQ section, it’s simply empty, and getting answers only possible when contacting customer support. It’s inconvenient. Also, I did not find terms and conditions, nor was I offered to agree with terms when I was about to place my order. So how can I buy?

At least they offer many contact options, such as via email, over the phone, in live chat, and in social networks.
Price
I needed editing service as my thesis was already written, but I wanted somebody to read it and correct the mistakes I did not notice. I found out the following – editing of any paper on this website costs as much as essay writing. So to edit my Master thesis in 48 hours would cost me $24.95 per page. That is too expensive for editing service.
So in the end I found another website – Writing Help Company – where for the same job I paid almost two times less.
Speed
I noticed that on this website it’s possible to order any type of paper, even dissertation or thesis writing, with turnaround of 8 hours. Also, they do not have any limitations on number of pages even when you order with 8-hour urgency. It all seems too unrealistic to me.
Quality
It’s not up to me to talk about the quality of work on this website, as I did not even order here. Well, and I had reasons not to. I really can’t call this website one of the best services in the industry, because they really need to work on certain points. And when I need to invest my money in something, I would like to know that I won’t just waste it.
Conclusion
Prices for editing service are just like prices for essay writing, it makes it simply unreasonable to order editing on this website. Also, as I did not find their terms and conditions, I can’t be sure that these guys will provide me with service I expect to receive because nowhere does it say on what terms I’m actually making a deal.
