Description: Since I could not find terms and conditions on the website or even communicate with customer support in live chat, I did not order on this website.
Usability
These guys prefer to explain themselves briefly. You can find only 3 blog entries, and a bit of information about why this company does what it does and why customers should choose this service.
They say that they work for more than 12 year, but to me it seems they started recently. What I did not like is that it was indicated that by placing my order I would agree to the terms and conditions of the website. But I did not get a chance to read those terms and conditions… They don’t give details or link to the terms. So how do I agree? And to what? I try to stay away from vague explanations and unclear purchases.

Yeah, customer support is another area of concern. They do not provide any phone number I can call, however, they do ask me whether or not I agree to accept early morning and late night calls. Also, they don’t even have live chat. So I can only write emails and then wait for a response?

Quality
Would you sign a contract the terms of which you don’t know? Well I wouldn’t. Since I could not find terms and conditions on the website, and since I could not even communicate with customer support in live chat, I made a decision not to put my assignment and myself in danger – I did not order on this website. After searching for other writing services, I found Custom Writing Services org and ordered there, at least they have clear and understandable terms and their customer team was at my service.
Conclusion
In my personal opinion, this company should provide more information about how they work and describe the entire process in detail. They also should make terms and conditions available for customers so that when we want to order a paper, we at least know what we can expect and what we should not. Until it’s done, I’m not going to order here.
