I used this site 2 weeks ago and now I received my grades. I received C, and I’m not really satisfied with it. The style of writing was not excellent. Maybe they provided me not with the native speaker, or simply with the student, but I expected more professional paper, written by a more professional writer.

When I chatted with the support agent and explained them my requirements and told them my topic, the support ensured me that this is not a hard task for them and I’ll receive A for the paper. But when I received C and told them about it, they replied that they don’t guarantee certain grades and they can offer me the refund only if I receive F.
They offered me a revision of the paper, but what for? I have already received my grades and I could nothing change. I told them about that in the beginning, that there will be no chance to revise the paper, and they told me that everything will be great and there will be no need in the revision.

I asked them for the partial refund, but they rejected and told me to read their Terms and Conditions more carefully. I was not satisfied with this situation, as this is not good to treat their Customers like that. Before this I used Custom Essay Services. I received B for the paper they have written me, and when I told them that I expected to receive A, as that was really important paper, they provided me with the discount of 20% for the next order.

As I think, the good customer service is an important thing for the writing Company, and in topessaywriting.org I faced ignorance of my needs. So, this service is ok, but they should work on their support and hire more professional writers.
